Cloud Vs. Premise is a question that all businesses should closely consider. What is right for you depends on two key factors.
How stable is your internet connection?
Cloud requires a quality internet service with QOS enabled within your network to use it reliably. A cable modem is generally sufficient for a smaller company. If you’re not comfortable with putting your phone calls on your existing internet connection we would be happy to give you quotes for other options available options in your area. If you would rather stick to traditional analog or T1/PRI technology our premise based systems are best suited for you.
Would you prefer low upfront costs and monthly payments or to buy everything upfront?
Cloud gives you affordable monthly payments and gets you up and running quickly. You can even switch to a premise solution in the future if you should ever wish to change. However if you consider total cost of ownership through the life of your system premise will win every time.
We would be happy to provide a you a demo or a quote for your individual needs.

Extensions are very easy to setup. The system auto configures many of the most popular VoIP phones. You have a lot of flexibility with how you establish the extensions for the company. We have a concept we call “My Devices”, you can setup multiple devices under the “Master” extension giving the user access to choose which of their devices simultaneously ring and develop a rollover pattern. This gives your users extreme flexibility to choose when and where they can be contacted.
